A prestressed concrete foor bridge on the highway nº 12, in Posadas, Argentina

Abstract

This paper summarizes the design and process of construction of a prestressed concrete footbridge, on the highway N. 12, in Posadas, Argentina. The structure of this foot-bridge consists of a central span 25 m long and two helicoidal ramps of circular plant. The cenral span is a box section 60 cm depth and 80 cm wide at the central section and 110 cm depth and 90 cm wide at the ends. In the construction of this structures have been utilised the techniques of prefabriction and prestressed.
